Christmas Walk Race Results
Purpose: To provide a holiday Christmas event as well as help the community stay healthy during the Christmas season.
History: This event was first put on by another health facility in town and was then dropped. The YMCA picked it up. On the first year, the Y tried to get in the Guinness Book of Records for the most Santas to run in a single race. The Y was turned down, but the tradition was started. Hot soup and Santas are always available.
