"They
that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up
with wings as eagles,
they
shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint."
Isaiah 40:31.
"Never
doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the
world;
indeed,
it's the only thing that ever has."

We
believe the best government is that government which governs least.
We believe this country was founded on the
precepts of natural law, and should be a government of the people, by the
people, and for the people.
We
believe that the traditional family is ordained of God, and that children
are entitled to birth within the bonds of matrimony, and to be reared by
a father and mother who honor their
marital vows
and their commitment to their children with complete fidelity.
We believe parents have a sacred responsibility
to raise their children in a loving home, to teach them to serve those
around them, to keep the commandments of God, and to be law abiding
citizens. Parents have the sole responsibility and are accountable
before God, not government,
for the discharge
of these obligations.
"This people draweth nigh unto me with
their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips;
but their heart is far from me.
But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments
of men.
And he called the multitude, and said
unto them, Hear, and understand:"
Matthew 15: 8-10

This is
the reauthorization of the law that is the BASIC federal funding for education.
Under the Title
for
"Parent Involvement," it will mandate Clinton's Goals 2000 requirements
that, "ALL children will
start
school ready to learn" (the government's way) Parent involvement requires
communities to have
programs
like 'Parents As Teachers' and 'Home Instruction Program for Preschool
Youngsters', as well
as
government certified and controlled pre-schools, that teach the government
curriculum for toddlers.

ALL EDUCATION IS STILL THE "SACRED COW"
$MUNCH$MUNCH$MUNCH$
The $300 million surplus has gone
to build bigger government.....
The overall growth in government is 13%
this year.
We will likely have to raise taxes next
year to cover that growth.
"Under the Senate plan, 17,000 state government employees will
get a better deal than all the
Idaho taxpayers combined. It is ironic, especially coming
from 'Republicans,' that they reduce the size of tax cuts because of a
slowing economy yet increase government spending by double-digits."

for Tax Reform'
