ORDERING INFORMATION


Send for pricing information and approximate shipping costs. to: e-mail to: bobhayden@rmci.net or by snail mail at the address given on the opening page.
Items in stock can be sent as soon as payment is received.
Special custom order items, will require a minimum of 6 weeks to complete, and a 50% down payment.
Items not in stock that have to be made from wet clay, will also require a minimum of 6 weeks to finish and ship.
I can redo any of the above designs and shapes in case you would like a similar piece. The final product will be similar but not an exact duplicate as each piece is done individually by hand.

SATISFACTION.

If you are not satisfied with a piece of pottery that you receive, you may send it back

after calling me first

. If it is a stock item I will exchange it for a similar piece, in size and price. If you want your money back, I will give you 50% of the price of the item if it is a custom made piece for you. Normal stock items will require a 10% restocking price. (In other words you will get 90% back). Returning a piece will require you to repack the piece and ship it in a double box container similar to the packaging you received the piece with. It must be insured for the retail price and shipped prepaid by you.
I will take US Money Orders, checks on US banks, and Visa or Master Cards.
I will not take Visa or Master cards by e-mail. For security reasons, they must be phoned in to me at (208) 465-4816. I will accept collect calls for orders. I can be reached any time during the hours 8AM and 10PM, MST. Leave a voice mail on the answering service with your name and phone number, reason for call. I'll get back as soon as possible.
