HOW TO USE WSFTP Lite:
1. Click Here to Download WSFTP Lite:
2. install it
3. open it
4. under the connection properties tab fill in the blanks according to who you are trading with(THIS SHOULD ALL BE FILLED IN J)
Profile Name- Guitar tab trader
Host name/Address- home.valint.net
Host Type- UNIX(Standard)
user
PASSWORD – 3franky3
5. Double check to make sure the information you put in is correct. For example, you type the number one(1) and not the letter I (i).
6. Now click the advance tab and check the box that says passive.
7. now hit apply
8. Now hit okay and it will connect
on the left is your computers window
on the right is my ftp site with all the different files on my ISP 's computer.
TO UPLOAD (To send me files)
on the right side window click the folder that has your name or internet address
on the left side click the green up arrow to locate the files you want to send to me
once you have the file (highlight it by left clicking) click the arrow pointing to the right and it will now transfer that file from your computer and put it in your folder-I will get it later.
this is how you upload files to me
TO DOWNLOAD (To get files from me)
find the files you want on the right hand screen under your folder
on your side select where you want them to go by using the green arrow to navigate
now highlight the files you want by clicking it
click the arrow pointing to the left
it will now download that file from my ftp onto your computer
Once you have the file check to make sure it works
If it works delete that file from my FTP by highlighting it (Left click one time)
Hit button on the left side screen that says delete
Confirm the delete - I have limited FTP space so I ask that you delete your files I send you.
