Augusta County BPW was founded in 1993. We currently have 19 members
who work in such diverse fields as stockbroker, magistrate, engineering,
business ownership, managing, insurance, public relations and financial
services. Our goal is to work toward the BPW mission and to provide
a support network for working women in Augusta County, Virginia area.
Meetings
Our dinner meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday
of each month at 6:30 p.m. We aim to have informative speakers on topics
of interest to working women such as investing, leadership, breast cancer,
sexual harassment, women's history, heart disease, domestic violence, reproductive
rights, computers, youth development, and legislative issues. All are welcome.
The location of our meetings changes throughout the year. For more information
