Reservations:
When you decide
to make a reservation, please contact us via e-mail, phone
or "snail" mail for availability. A credit card
is required for e-mail or telephone reservations. A deposit
of one (1) night's rent is required with postal mail reservations.
If requested, a receipt or copy of credit card reservation
will be sent via postal mail.
Cancellation:
Notice of cancellation by e-mail, phone, or postal mail will
be accepted. Within a three-day advance notice of rental date,
a full refund, minus a $15.00 processing fee
will be returned to you or credited to your credit card.
Cleaning and Damage
Deposit:
A standard cleaning fee is included in your rent. Additional
cleaning charges will be charged to you only if your vacation
home is left behind unusually dirty.
Minimum Number of Nights:
None
Rental Rates:
$55.00 per night for 1 to 2 persons. Each additional person
is $5.00. A 10% cash discount is given at checkout.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-In is at 4:00 p.m., or by special permission, may be
earlier or later. Check-Out is 11:00 a.m., and again,
arrangements can be made for a later check-out.
Method of Payment:
All payments must be made in US currency. Reservation payments
may be made by credit card. Checks should be made payable
to Three Mountains Retreat, PO Box 473, Pierce, ID
83546.
